About Joseph Mundassery Scholarship 2024

Objective Of Joseph Mundassery Scholarships

We all know that there are many people from minority groups who can’t go to college because they don’t have enough money. And their dream of going to school is still unfulfilled. With this in mind, the department of minority communities made a new program called the Joseph Mundassery Scholarships. Under this plan, the student will get money to help pay for more schooling at the SSLC, Plus 2, and VHSE levels. The main goal of this program is to help children get an education so they can keep going to school without having to worry about money.

Joseph Mundassery Scholarship Amount – Benefits

The following awards will be given to the selected students under Joseph Mundassery Scholarships

  • The students under SSLC with A+ great will be rewarded with Rs. 10,000
  • The undergraduate students with 80% of marks will get Rs. 15,000
  • The post graduate student with 75% of marks will get Rs. 15,000

Requirements for Joseph Mundassery Scholarship

  • The applicant must live in Kerala full-time.
  • He or she must have a bank account in his or her own name at a nationalised  bank.
  • The candidate must be a member of a minority group, like a Christian or a Buddhist. Jain Sikh Muslim and Parsi
  • A person must come from a family that makes less than the poverty line.
  • The candidate must be enrolled in a school or institution run by the government or with government help.
  • The applicant’s total family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8 lakh per year.
